We had just received our new Christie Digital 12K Projector cases. They were out on their first show in Detroit and the driver decided to drive all the way home without checking the load!!! Well, the A&S cases were pretty rough looking BUT the projectors survived. The “other” case did not fair so well. Thanks A&S for building your cases tough, solid and idiot proof!

a GSA Federal Supply Schedule Contract
North Hollywood, California, April 21, 2006 -- A&S Case Company, Inc. was awarded a five (5) year with 3 five (5) year options GSA Federal Schedule contract (GS02F0109S) to supply packaging under the 81 1B 617-2 schedule. A&S has over a thirty (30) year history of supplying ATA Spec. 300 Category 1 cases to professionals in the aerospace, music, movie, equipment rental and electronics industries.
A&S sought this contract to expand its addressed markets and to bring their Always Superior products to this sector. In light of its recent acquisition of the manufacturing rights for the Kriz-Kraft style shockmount rack case, A&S is proud to be the exclusive manufacturer to offer this innovative design through their GSA contract. The A&S Kriz-Kraft design, as A&S now calls it, was modified to bring it into compliance with the ATA and government specifications. The A&S Kriz-Kraft design is compliant with and exceeds these requirements. The A&S KK shockmount racks, and their predecessor the Kriz-Kraft Racks, are, in the opinion of industry professionals, the strongest custom fabricated racks available today.
The A&S Kriz-Kraft shockmount racks are available in sizes ranging from 4U to 35U. The A&S Kriz-Kraft shockmount design is also available in a double wide configuration. A&S Kriz-Kraft shockmount racks are all built using ½ inch ACX grade plywood with ½ inch birch plywood rack shells and 3”X.125” L shaped rack rail. These features make the KK design reliably strong and ideal for stationary or field use. As in all of A&S products, there are a wide variety of options including colors, casters, security locks and water resistant latex sealant allowing the end user to get it their way.
